International Procurement and Trading Responsibilities
Regarding domestic and international procurement, attention should be paid to the legality and social responsibility of the supply sources:
Ensure that the concentration of restricted substances in product materials complies with regulations such as the RoHS Directive, Packaging Materials Directive, halogen-free requirements, perfluorooctane sulfonic acid directive, SVHC directive items, GP directive (SONY requirements), and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) directive limits.
Non-Conflict Mineral Procurement Statement:
- We pledge to adhere to the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) due diligence guidance for conflict-affected and high-risk areas (CAHRA), including the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and its neighboring countries, to avoid sourcing minerals that fuel armed conflicts or violate human rights. We aspire to eliminate any inhumane and exploitative incidents by ensuring that all suppliers in our supply chain unite to avoid using any conflict minerals and only utilize "non-conflict minerals" from reliable sources, thereby fulfilling our social responsibility towards society, the environment, and human rights.
- Therefore, we follow the Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT) issued by the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) for tin, tungsten, tantalum, and gold to conduct due diligence investigations, ensuring that the mineral raw materials used in our products are sourced from smelters or countries recognized by the Responsible Minerals Initiative, and we hold suppliers accountable by establishing a mechanism to manage conflict minerals, fulfilling our corporate social responsibility.
